Teens we all know that staying in shape and being healthy is the most important thing to do while you are young! It is very important to be active such as riding your bike, going outside to play, or either playing games!
A tip to being nice and fit and healthy is by exercising a lot and eating the right
foods, and not always being lazy like watching t.v. all the time because if you just watch t.v. all day and eat you are putting weight on yourself.

to do is eat right and act like younger TEENS! here are some tips on how to stay on the right track of being healthy.
- Exercise and hour a day or 30 min.
- If you have the wii you can play that when you are bored and don't have nothing to do
- Or instead of the wii you can go outside ride your bike if you have one, and play with your friends
- You could also put on some music and dance to a song that's getting exercise!

Don't try to be super model skinny just be yourself, and who GOD made you to be!

um. walk to a friends house or excerice with your parent thats goin jogging. so that way can get out the house and enjoy yourself
ReplyDeleteThat is a good tip too. Also you dont need nobody to play with outside just go outside get your exercise for a little while and ride your bike, or run there are soo many ways to get exercise
ReplyDeletethis is kaitlyn. um another way that u can exercise is by goin 2 the gym, riding your scooter, playing basketball or soccer. there r other many wayz 2 exercise but i cant think of any more! lol! peace!*
